What is Groove and Grow?
Groove & Grow is a fun, friendly dance class designed to help children and teens enjoy movement, music and confidence-building in a supportive environment.
It’s the perfect place to start, whether your child is brand new to dance or simply looking for a relaxed, welcoming class.
Groove & Grow helps children to:

No experience needed. Beginners are always welcome.
